The Ceramic Coated DC
Sports Headers utilize the highest quality mild steel that goes through
a rigorous ceramic coating process. This process will reduce the heat
build up in the engine compartments. With performance from hours of
engineering on DC Sports in-house engine dyno, these headers utilize
mandrel bent tubes in their construction assuring you the most efficient
4 into 2 into 1 design. To maximize performance and driveability just
bolt on a set of these 50 state legal headers.

Sports 4-2-1 Ceramic Coated 1 Piece Header Systems |
The DC Sports 4-2-1
Ceramic Coated Header is what put DC Sports on the map. Constructed form
ceramic coated mandrel bent mild steel the DC Sports 4-2-1 header is the
standard by which all headers are judged. The one piece header
eliminates the two middle flanges making the header lighter and giving
it a cleaner look. To help lighten up the header DC's new lightweight
flanges are used on both the head flange and the collector flange. This
DC header is constructed with CNC machined flanges and gives a 12 to 14
horsepower gain.

all the information from DC Sport's Dyno Testing. DC designed a 4-1
header that makes the most power of any 4-1 header on the market. The DC
Sports 4-1 header pulls strong from 4000 RPM all the way to redline
without losing any power down low. All DC Sports 4-1 headers use the new
lightweight flanges on both the head flange and the collector flange
along with the mandrel bent tubing, a merge collector and as always the
4-1 header CARB Exempt.
